Calvin Klein Mobile Homes, Inc. was established in April of 1983 and is located at 69010 Hwy. 190 Service Rd., Covington, Louisiana. Our dealership is one of the oldest retail outlets in South Louisiana. We are recognized by Champion Homes, Inc. as their largest retail outlet in South East Louisiana. We have worked together with Champion Homes, Inc. for over 15 years.
Calvin Klein is the President and CEO of Calvin Klein Mobile Homes, Inc. It can be referred to as a “Mom and Pop” operation because of its family owned and operated. Because Calvin Klein Mobile Homes, Inc. doesn’t have the huge corporate over head like most retailers, we can sell our homes for a considerable less amount then our competition.
Calvin Klein Homes has a huge variety of floor plans to choose from. We are one of the very few retailers that will offer custom built manufactured homes. In most cases you draw and design your own floor plan.
We offer single section homes that range in size from 16’ X 52’ to 16’ X 90’. Our double section homes range in size from 28’ X 48’ to 32 X 90’.
Calvin Klein also offers several different varieties of MODULAR HOMES. We now offer on frame and off frame modular homes.
With over 30 years experience in manufactured housing, Calvin Klein is recognized as a leader and innovator of design for product in the industry. He is a member in good standing with the Louisiana Manufactured Housing Association and has served the last eight years as a Commissioner for the Louisiana Manufactured Housing Commission.
